Nocturnal Aviation Consulting provides high quality remote and after hours on site network and systems support. This includes PC and Server hardware, Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP operating support, Application support for Office and other software packages. (Application support will vary greatly depending on the software package and environment.)
The standard on-site rate is a minimum of 2 hours at $150 per hour, plus parts and software costs, if needed. Remote support is billed at $30 for every 15 minute increment, rounded down after the first 15 minutes. Remote support calls under 5 minutes are generally not charged for existing customers, until the aggregate time is estimated to exceed a 15 minute minimum, then a single bill is issued for that aggregate period.
